Karyl you have a great site, love the post. Best of luck with your self-publishing. Create a few post between now and when the book actually goes live…show what the book is about, a title and note to your followers/fans that it is in the last steps of publishing. This will make everyone aware of your book and then the day it goes live…post the title, cover shot, how we can buy it (a direct amazon address), an example of the content, just do a huge promotional post on the date is comes live. Then, create yourself a promotional on word and save it then your can pull up copy and paste to your blog when you want to push a promotion. I try to put my Amazon address at the bottom of each of my blog post, then about once a month I bring out the promotional page, paste and copy to a post. I am working on the fifth poetry book when it is close to completion you will see me post what I have suggested to you. Good luck. Ann
The ad set ups look great. So far I have sold 8 books at amazon. I hope I will not have tax problems with Internal Revenue Service now that I have become very rich.
Your humor made my day…we should all be so lucky to have tax problems with our mass sales on Amazon.com. I will need to search out your name, it is such a vast place, Amazon. I love every post you place on your site. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Ann
I am getting ready to self-publish a poetry book on Amazon. Any tips?
